MobileHelp nabs Frost & Sullivan award
BOCA RATON, Fla.—MobileHelp, a provider of mobile PERS solutions, based here, recently won Frost & Sullivan’s 2014 North American Price Performance Value Leadership Award in the PERS category, according to a joint news release.
“From a customer satisfaction perspective, MobileHelp’s sales focus on return guarantees, low obligatory service commitment, and easy product upgrade makes it very attractive for buyers that are seeking emergency care support without product risk,” Frost & Sullivan, a business consulting company, noted in its award findings.
Frost & Sullivan analysts said the company is “well-poised to expand a cost-effective product base across the medical and monitoring spectrum over time,” the release noted.
Analysts measured several components of the product value equation, looking at ease of use, customer support and features/functionalities. They identified an “inherent simplicity of design” in MobileHelp’s mPERS devices, as well as a high level of “wearable convenience” in certain offerings, such as the optional wristwatch form factor, which reduces product bulk and minimizes risk of product damage, the release noted.
