Potter expands technical support

Responding to the demands of more sales and new business, the company has increased its technical support department, which includes staff certified by the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies.

From questions involving simple installation procedures to the most complex programming issue, we can help,” said Steve Huff, advanced applications and technical support manager, said in a Sept. 9 news release. “It is the customer that drives Potter’s business, and it is our goal to acknowledge our appreciation by offering premium technical support.
