ADS acquires CrimeWatch Security

NASHVILLE, Tenn.—ADS Security, a super-regional based here, has completed the acquisition of Chattanooga, Tenn.-based CrimeWatch Security, according to a news release.

Acquiring CrimeWatch's customer accounts expands ADS' presence in Chattanooga, a market the company has served since 1997.

The move advances ADS' pursuit of regional expansion.

“ADS continues to expand our market share across the southeast by looking for companies with a tradition of outstanding service to their customers,” John Cerasuolo, ADS president and CEO, said in a prepared statement. “CrimeWatch Security has built a strong business through superior customer service and we are excited to have the opportunity to further expand our customer base throughout Chattanooga, North Georgia and East Tennessee.”

CrimeWatch customers will now have access to ADS' suite of security technologies, its CSAA Five Diamond monitoring center and a customer portal with online bill pay, the statement noted. ADS will service the acquired accounts from its Hixon, Tenn. office.
