BOCA RATON, Fla.—ADT this week announced that, in addition to being the exclusive provider of security solutions for Tuesday Morning, it has now entered into a chainwide agreement for an extended service plan that includes maintenance for all security solutions.

“This latest contract for a chainwide extended service plan further cements our partnership with Tuesday Morning. We are now in a better position to ensure that their systems are working at peak performance while helping them more accurately manage their services,” Bob Dale, ADT’s SVP of national account sales, said in the recent announcement.

Tuesday Morning, headquartered in Dallas, is a national retail chain established in 1974 specializing in both domestic and international closeouts of medium to high-end name brand gifts, luxury home textiles, home furnishings, housewares and seasonal décor.

Prior to engaging ADT for its security needs, Tuesday Morning operated its own central station to monitor its alarm systems, ADT’s announcement noted. ADT has since converted all systems and taken over the monitoring for both intrusion detection and fire alarm panels where applicable. ADT also installs and services the IP-based video systems for Tuesday Morning.

“We are very pleased with the service and support we receive from ADT,” Sanford Siegel, Tuesday Morning’s senior manager of loss prevention and safety, said in a prepared statement. “Their professional monitoring stations provide us with greater peace of mind that our stores, our associates, and our guests are well protected.”

Tuesday Morning is part of ADT’s 1Touch program, administered out of its National Account Operations Center. This enhanced service provides Tuesday Morning with a dedicated project manager and a support team.

The retailer has also adopted ADT’s eSuite Account Management tool, which helps them streamline the administration of their security solutions from a single secure portal or any connected mobile device.
