VALLEJO, Calif.--Founded by two former cops in 1995, All-Phase Security provides uniformed guards, electronic security and IT Security throughout the Sacremento area. Citing sufficient business in a story by the Times-Herald, All-Phase in September opened an office here in Vallejo, to be headed by Brian Brisco, a Vallejo native and former police officer. Brisco told the paper that the company has roughly 300 employees and is growing steadily. The Vallejo office will initially be staffed by 25 employees.
