Genesis Security garners contract GERMANTOWN, Md. - The American Psychological Association and their property management firm The Trammell Crow Co., has selected Genesis Security Systems to upgrade their current security system. As part of the upgrade, Genesis will be installing a new C•Cure 800 access control system and implementing a digital photo ID and badging system for employees. Genesis will also integrate other Trammell Crow Company managed properties into the same system. North American Video ups Nevada license status LAS VEGAS - North American Video’s Las Vegas branch recently upgraded its electrical contractors license from low voltage to full license status. The full license status now enables North American Video to bid on any electrical project for the commercial and residential market throughout the state of Nevada. The expected result, said Cynthia Freschi, president of North American Video, is quicker turnaround time and greater cost efficiency since the company no longer needs to rely on outside contractors to complete certain installation projects. NSI expands reach with new members GERMANTOWN, Md. - National Security Integrators, a new cooperative of systems integrators, has added two new members to its ranks. CI3 Systems has joined the organization and will cover Iowa, Kansas and Missouri for NSI, which intends to tap fellow members for projects outside an integrator’s coverage area. Systems integrator AES also became part of NSI, and will cover the New York City, Connecticut and Northern New Jersey markets. The plan is for the group to grow to 12 members who altogether will provide a solid footprint across the United States.
