CEDIA partners with CANASA

MARKHAM, Ontario - The association representing Canadian security installers has struck a partnership with the Custom Electronic Design & Installation Association that will result in CEDIA’s presentation of conference sessions at CANASA’s Security Canada trade shows.
Beginning in October at the Security Canada Central International Security Conference and Exposition, CEDIA will present six conference sessions that focus on the custom electronic design of systems.
“CEDIA’s participation at Security Canada will provide CANASA members with a new and exciting education track,†said Rick Ho, CEDIA Canada chairman. “At the same time, CEDIA members will be able to access first-rate training in two disciplines at absolutely no cost.â€Â
Ho said that the agreement is a great opportunity for both groups to work together to cooperatively develop the integration industry.
CANASA is developing partnerships on a continuing basis with affiliate organizations to bring the best to its members, said Tracy Cannata, CANASA executive director.
