CenterPoint shines with certification Brief

ST. LOUIS--CenterPoint Technologies, a wholesale monitoring company, was awarded Five Diamond Certification in June.
The designation means that the company's central station operators have passed the CSAA Central Station Operator Training Course Level 1, which cover communications with customers, law enforcement, fire and emergency services.
Earlier this year, CenterPoint added ECV to its service line-up in an effort to curb false alarms in areas where false-alarm ordinances are in place.
