Deal nets ASG famous clients

BELTSVILLE, Md. - ASG Security has bought another company in Texas, contributing to its growing base of customers in the Lone Star State.
The company acquired Brinkman Security, whose customers include high-profile people such as retired astronaut Jim Lovell and retired Dallas Cowboy’s quarterback Roger Staubach.
By buying Brinkman Security, ASG gains a presence in Horseshoe Bay, and picks up a company with 725 customers, made up of owners of high-end homes and local business. It represents $18,800 in recurring monthly revenue.
According to Joe Nuccio, chief executive officer of ASG Security, the acquisition creates further market density in Texas. Between Texas and the Mid-Atlantic market, ASG Security serves 43,000 customers.
