CHICAGO--EMERgency 24 announced an Internet-based automated data entry ticket system to its dealers in August.
E24, a wholesale monitoring firm, developed the application in-house to enable dealers to receive electronic notifications whenever changes to subscriber accounts are made. Additionally, central station operators can generate and then dispatch an invoice to dealers whenever customers or field technicians request changes to accounts.
The new service, which is free, is available to dealers that participate in the company's secure Internet services, an online account management application.
