GTO begins first step of expansion

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Automatic gate opener and accessory company GTO Inc. announced it is expanding its manufacturing facility here as part of a two-phase, five-year expansion.
The first phase of the project, now underway, involves increasing the facility by 20,000 square feet to100,000 square feet. The additional space will enable the company to accommodate a 90-day inventory. The company will also extend its customer service and live technical support hours.
Phase two of the project is scheduled to begin in three years and includes another 25,000 square foot increase at the company’s facility here, as well as an expansion of the company’s research and development department.
