Intelli-Check settles patent lawsuit

WOODBURY, N.Y. - Document verification company Intelli-check has settled yet another patent infringement lawsuit, coming to an agreement with CardCom Inc.
Intelli-check claimed CardCom infringed upon its ID-Check technology through CardCom’s system for document verification.
According to the settlement agreement, CardCom has agreed to license terms which allows it to use some of Intelli-Check’s patents for the ID-Check technology. CardCom will also pay royalties, on its net sales pertaining thereto, and has agreed to end all advertisements that state that its products provide documentation authentication or verification.
