VIENNA, Va.--In May the Central Station Alarm Association announced its Central Station Operator Level II Online Training Course, more than 40 alarm monitoring industry members had signed up to take the course.
The Level I training course, which has had more than 2,500 graduates. CSAA recommends that individuals taking the course complete Level I or have at least five years of central station experience before participating in the course.
The Level II program format has six modules, which include Dealing with Difficult Customer Situations, Enhanced Customer Service Skills, Specialty Alarms, Receiver Formats, Communications Paths and Managing False Dispatches.
The course counts toward all requirements for the CSAA Five Diamond Central Station. For more information visit www.csaaul.org.
