SILVER SPRING, Md. - The National Burglar & Fire Alarm Association contracted veteran lobbyist John Chwat as head of government affairs to review, report, monitor and counsel state and federal legislation. Chwat has experience in government affairs issues by representing security industry associations for more than 18 years.
