WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.--Security Networks, a full service security and monitoring company, on Nov. 10 announced it had acquired the assets of Central Security Systems, of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Security Networks chief executive officer Rich Perry said in a statement, "the acquisition adds approximately 2,000 accounts and more than $57,000 in RMR. "Central Security Systems has a great reputation and has provided sales, installation and monitoring services to their customers for more than 20 years. The well established customer base, low attrition rate, as well as the account mix of 60 percent residential and 40 percent commercial, fits in well with our growth strategy of offering a high quality service at a competitive rate."
