SIA partners with career web portal

ALEXANDRIA, Va.--The Security Industry Association has accepted an offer to partner with job listing web portal CareerBuilder.com.
The partnership, formed in mid-July, provides those with access to the association's web site with a link for security-industry specific career opportunities.
SIA wanted to use this listing as an opportunity to reach out to more of the industry sectors, noted Jennifer Hart Ackerman, manager of marketing communications at the group.
SIA members and non-members alike can scan for available positions.
The association has not mapped out the set up of the link, but plans to have it up and running in the next couple of months, Ackerman added.
