VIENNA, Va.--CenturyTel and Monitronics received Five Diamond Certification this year from the Central Station Alarm Association. The association requires central station operators to participate in an online learning class and pass a test to be recognized. Operators were exposed to material that included codes and standards of Underwriters Laboratories, Factory Mutual and the National Fire Protection Association.
