ATLANTA—Darryl Keeler, CEO of Tech Systems, announced this week that his privately held company will transition to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The process will take a while, but ultimately Tech Systems employees will have full ownership of the systems integration company, which is based here.
