DELRAY BEACH, Fla.—Communicate, communicate, communicate. That was the primary advice from two integrators and two specifiers who spoke on a panel Tuesday at TechSec Solutions here on the topic of how integrators and consultants can work most effectively together. Other advice included thorough vetting of integrators during the pre-specification phase to make sure they have the experience and expertise to successfully complete the project.

PALM SPRINGS, Calif.—With the official close of the Kratos/Henry Brothers deal on Dec. 15, the integration of Henry Brothers is underway and Jim Henry, former owner of Henry Brothers, will attend the Kratos’ annual management off-site meeting which kicks off here today.

FAIR LAWN, N.J.—The price that Kratos Defense and Security Solutions will pay for Henry Bros. Electronics went up this week, from $7 per share to $8.20 per share, as the result of a rival offer from Diebold.
