Honeywell wins Dallas airport job

DALLAS - Honeywell Automation and Control Solutions Services has won an $8 million project to supply and install its life safety system at the Dallas / Fort Worth International Airport, a project being billed as one of the largest integrated fire systems in an airport.

The contract award came at the end of March, after several months of work by Honeywell to engineer and design the project.

PSA updates course offerings

DENVER - As part of plans to provide more training to members, PSA Security Network has begun updating its access control and CCTV classes that are available online.

Other improvements at PSA include updating the online database of between 300 and 450 courses that include links by category, vendor and date and adding online business and technical courses.
