Some security manufacturers and distributors finally seem to be seeing the impact of Sept. 11, reporting that sales of CCTV and access control products are beginning to increase after a short slowdown.

PSA signs deal with Pentax

DENVER-PSA Security Network has inked yet another deal with a product manufacturer, giving its network of systems integrators additional benefits when buying remote monitoring and surveillance products from Pentax Technologies Corp.

The recently signed agreement with Pentax Technologies provides PSA members with discounted pricing, advanced technical support, training, marketing funds and business planning services.

CHICAGO-Kastle Systems' office here has increased its sales force to further develop relationships with tenants, builders and architects, according to the company's Chicago branch general manager, Marilyn Brooks. The additions take the office's employee roster to 22, nearly tripling its staff in the last four years.
