Since 1999, Rebecca Bayne has been a search and recruitment professional, known for a thorough, targeted, and conscientious approach to the business and art of matching unique talent with exceptional organizations. To form BCSI, she acquired the Integration Recruitment Division she built and managed for twelve years within a leading industry firm, working with many of the well-recognized companies. In addition to search and recruitment, she consults with her clients who seek to improve processes and the industry perception of their companies in order to build a competitive edge in securing the very best industry talent. Prior to the decision in 2001 to focus her business entirely in the Physical Security industry, her area of specialization was network infrastructure professionals in I.T. Bayne has conducted searches for and worked with all levels of technical, operations, sales, management, and executive professionals. She also has a diverse business background and approximately 20 years' experience in consultative selling, business and talent promotion, software training/consulting, and construction management.
