INDIANAPOLIS - Integral Technologies said it has entered into an integration partnership with IPIX Security and signed a licensing agreement with ActivEye.

DES PLAINES, Ill. - The fire department of the city of Des Plaines proposed a law that would require new residential buildings with more than 1,000 square feet to have automatic fire sprinklers.
Chief Fire Inspector Don Schuman said the law would apply to new, single family residential buildings with more than 1,000 square feet. The sprinkler proposal excludes detached buildings under 1,000 square feet, such as garages and sheds that are not used as residences.

LOS ANGELES - After a back and forth discussion over what shape penalties for a new false alarm ordinance would take, city officials this week approved one - but it’s not what the alarm task force recommended.
