Allied Universal acquires Landmark Event Staffing Services

IRVINE, Calif. – Allied Universal has announced the acquisition of Landmark Event Staffing Services, a comprehensive event security and guest services company to add to its range of clients and venues.

“This acquisition supports Allied Universal’s growth agenda for our event services business which continues its trajectory expansion in the U.S.,” Allied Universal Global Chairman and CEO Steve Jones said. “The acquisition of Landmark is an example of the type of organization we want to join the Allied Universal family where culture and well-respected event service leadership and operations align with our values and goal to be the world’s best service company.”

Jones was joined in his sentiment by Landmark Event Staffing Services Co-Founder Peter Kranske who said, “We are excited to become an integral part of Allied Universal. Allied Universal noted that the company had made 13 acquisitions in 2022, eight of which were in North America. Security Systems News reported on their appointment of Tom Rulon as vice president, business development - Event Services just last week, and in February of their award of a five-year security contract with Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW).
