KENT, Wash—Cook Security Group is rebranding as Cook Solutions Group, a name the company said “better captures who CSG is today,” while keeping intact the same “great service focused company” customers have come to trust.
“We will always be a security and service company first,” said CSG President and Founder Brian Cook. “But we found ourselves innovating in so many other technology verticals like managed services, interactive tellers, professional services and even check imaging. We felt Cook Solutions Group better captures our entire ecosystem of services and solutions.”
CSG holds a SOC 2 Type 2 report and will always provide hardened security processes, procedures and products, no matter what the service or solution. “Everything we provide is what we term, cyber compliant, added CTO Levi Daily. “Any equipment, service or remote managed services we provide are all hardened having been put through rigorous security protocols” Levi adds.
CSG’s new logo symbolizes “power on” or beginning of a new partnership with customers while still capturing the C, S, G heritage.
“We wanted to keep the CSG history, but also highlight the fact we have become a technology company,” states CMO Randy Neu. “In addition to our traditional boots on the street, which will always be a core part of our business, we increasingly found ourselves developing new technologies, simple solutions that solved complex problems. What is great about Cook Solutions Group is that it keeps the same acronym CSG, but better describes who we are today and the direction we continue to evolve moving forward.”
If there is one takeaway for the new brand, it’s “Think CSG First” for anything banking or security. “Our team has grown to become the thought leaders in the industry. Chances are CSG provides the solution customers are looking for and even if we don’t, we have a trusted partner that does,” Neu adds.
CSG created a video and is launched their new website.
