Cornerstone Detention Products acquires EO Integrated Systems

TANNER, Ala.—Cornerstone Detention Products, a provider and installer of engineered products for detention facilities, recently acquired EO Integrated Systems, based in Washington, Mich., according to a company statement from the Davis Group, who assisted EO Integrated Systems in the sale.
EOISI provides turnkey integrated security systems, security monitoring and intrusion detection systems, as well as interfaces and integration, for security requirements across all electronic disciplines, the statement said.
“We are very excited about welcoming EO Integrated Systems to our family of businesses,” Mitch Claborn, president of Cornerstone Detention Products, said in the statement. “EOISI's product line and the skilled talent of its licenses engineers and certified security professionals will be a valuable addition.”
Don Rochon, Mike Powell and Steve Gowers will remain with the company as executive management, according to the statement.
