Dedicated Micros announces new president and ceo

CHANTILLY, Va.--Dedicated Micros, a leader in the DVR industry, appointed Alan E. Calegari as new president and chief executive officer for the North American and Latin American markets.
Calegari will assume the role on May 1. He brings to Dedicated Micros more than 20 years of experience serving leadership positions in the security, fire safety and building automation markets including president and regional head of Siemens Building Technologies, as well as advisory roles at the organization.
Calegari "can play a pivotal role driving the business forward," as the company unveils CCTV solutions, said Nigel Petrie, chairman of AD Group, the parent company of Dedicated Micros in a written statement.
