SADDLEBROOK, N.J.-Systems integrator Diversified Security Solutions has further penetrated the airport market, with recently awarded contracts with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey to provide security systems, upgrades, services and maintenance to three major airports in the metropolitan area.
"These high-visibility contracts to install and service state-of-the-art electronic security systems at three of the nation's busiest airports provide a platform for Diversified Security Solutions to broaden its reach and make important inroads with other air terminal around the country," said James Henry, chairman and chief executive officer of Diversified. Orders from the Port Authority of New York call for installing and integrating CCTV, access control and alarms.
"These orders contributed to our backlog of signed contracts, which stood at $12 million at Dec. 31, 2001, and is expected to contribute to the company's revenue during the next 12 months," said Henry.
