DVTel announces new management team members

RIDGEFIELD PARK, N.J.—DVTel, a provider of smart video surveillance solutions, announced July 14 several key senior management appointments.
New members joining the management team include: Ami Amir as EVP of Marketing and Products; Dan Hochberg as VP of Global Business Development; and Alice Roth as VP of R&D.
New appointments within the ranks at DVTel include: Tomer Pinchas has been promoted to CFO; Yacov Monitz has been promoted to be VP of Operations; Avi Gerbi has been appointed VP of Strategic Alliances, in addition to being VP sales for Asia & Pacific regions; Maria Cambria has been appointed VP support center of excellence; Yaron Zussman has been appointed VP global accounts; Paul Smith has been appointed VP sales for the Americas.
Amir was the Founder and CEO of RADVISION, a player in the voice and video over IP space, whose business he grew from zero to over $70 million.
Hochberg brings broad experience with several technology companies at different stages, starting from COMET Intl., where he ran the local U.S. subsidiary, turning it profitable within a short period of time.
Roth is the most recent addition to DVTel's senior management team and has more than 25 years of experience in multiple disciplines including leading R&D teams in complex project lifecycles, operational post-merger integration, and management of advanced product development.
