Eagle Broadband postpones special shareholder meeting

LEAGUE CITY, Texas - Eagle Broadband has postponed a special shareholder meeting. The meeting, originally scheduled for Tuesday, July 20, was shelved because the required number of members needed for the meeting was not reached.
The meeting was scheduled to approve the company’s yearly employee stock compensation plan. A new date has not been determined.
Eagle Broadband provides broadband and communications services as well as security bundled digital services.
