Emergency 24 releases guide to monitored alarms

CHICAGOâ€â€In a move to educate prospective monitoring customers, Emergency 24 has released a report that discusses commonly used terms in the alarm industry.
The report, called “Alarm Monitoring Reference Guide,†covers topics that include different types of alarms, monitoring services, security equipment and systems warranties.
EM24, a third-party monitoring firm, said the guide will assist home and business owners with the purchase and proper operation of monitored alarm systems.
