John Nemerofsky named chair of PSA Managed Services Committee

WESTMINSTER, Colo.—The PSA Security Network has announced the appointment of SAGE Integration Chief Operating Officer (COO) John Nemerofsky as chairperson for PSA’s Managed Services Committee.

“Beyond being a legend in the SecTech Industry, John has been a member of many PSA committees and previously chaired the PSA Leadership Committee,” PSA said in its announcement. “His dedication and leadership continue to inspire us all.”

PSA Security NetworkWith a career spanning over 25 years, Nemerofsky has dedicated himself to advancing security technology, protecting people, facilities, and reputations nationwide. As a trailblazer in security integration, he is shaping the future and inspiring the next generation of security professionals, PSA noted.

In 2019, Nemerofsky became COO at SAGE Integration, a national security integration provider operating across 62 major U.S. metro areas with over 19,000 installer partner specialists. Under his strategic guidance, the company has become a formidable force in the security industry, winning the Security Systems News/PSA Bill Bozeman Award as Integrator of the Year in May at PSA TEC.

Early in his career, Nemerofsky significantly contributed to a security integration company's growth, achieving annual sales of $140 million. During his tenure at Niscayah – now Stanley Security Systems – he was instrumental in the organization’s growth to over $1 billion in revenue.

Nemerofsky is deeply engaged in the security industry on multiple fronts. He sits on the boards of PSA, Security Industry Association (SIA), and Foundation for Advancing Security Talent (FAST), and is chairman of the board at SecurityXchange.

In 2023, he became vice chairman at FAST, demonstrating his dedication to nurturing the next generation of security professionals. His passion for recognizing industry excellence shined at 2023 ISC East in NYC, where he presented awards to the top 10 technicians of the year.

Nemerofsky also chairs PSA's Leadership Committee, is an active member of PSA's Marketing Committee, and serves on the SIA Women in Security Forum’s (WISF's) Charitable Giving Committee.

Outside of his professional role, Nemerofsky is a graduate of the Fox School of Business at Temple University and stays ahead of industry trends. As a board member of Mission 500, he dedicates his spare time to philanthropic endeavors, solidifying his commitment to making a positive impact.
