Johnson Controls included in Forbes’ America’s Best Employers for Veterans

MILWAUKEE—Johnson Controls, a global provider for smart, healthy and sustainable buildings, has been named to Forbes’ America’s Best Employers for Veterans 2025 list for the second consecutive year.

America’s Best Employers for Veterans 2025 were identified through an independent survey of more than 17,000 U.S. veterans, evaluating companies on multiple workplace criteria, including career development, compensation, diversity and veteran relations.

Johnson ControlsJohnson Controls continued commitment to supporting veterans in the workplace reflects its broader mission to create inclusive and empowering environments for all employees.

“Earning this recognition reflects Johnson Controls gratitude to our military veterans and the value of their talents, skills and leadership,” said Cody Lueck, president of Johnson Controls Veterans Business Resource Group and retired U.S. Marine Corps Sergeant. “Shaped by military service, veterans help drive our innovation and success and we are proud to support them through meaningful careers and programs that honor their continued contributions.”

Additionally, the Johnson Controls Veterans Engagement Team (VET) employee resource group honors, connects, and supports military veterans in the U.S. and around the world.
