MAC buys Eagle Security Systems Eagle Security System adds $2 milliion in revenue

DENVER—Mountain Acquisition Company, a Denver- based holding company, in February acquired Eagle Security Systems, a $2 million, 20-employee residential and commercial security provider based in Chico, Calif.
The deal brings MAC's total RMR to $385,000 and current revenue to $9 million.
In June 2015, MAC acquired Denver-based Integrated Systems, which it is using as a platform for growth. It also owns Apex Security, which does high-end residential and small commercial in resort areas of Colorado.
MAC purchased Eagle from Leo Weiss, who founded the company 35 years ago. Eagle does fire, burglar, access control, CCTV and wireless solutions for residential and commercial customers. Its installation base includes corporate, institutional and state and local government customers.
Bud Jones, GM for MAC's Aspen market, will assume oversight of Eagle Security Systems and the conversion of its accounting, client management systems and other systems.
Managed by finance veterans and entrepreneurs Chris Heath and Fred Maurice, MAC is focused on acquiring and strengthening well established alarm companies.
