SAN ANTONIO—MDI Security Systems, a provider of open integrated access control, alarm management and video security solutions, announced in mid-May that Harrah’s Entertainment Inc., selected the company’s SAFEnet Solution to command and control their casino security. MDI’s SAFEnet integrated security management solution was also designated by Harrah’s corporate headquarters as a “Certified Access Control System” for the company’s enterprise security needs. The MDI product line is currently the only security control solution in the industry to receive this certification from Harrah’s. ITI-Com.Seek, a provider of MDI products, will be the centrally designated design, sales and security integration facilitator for Harrah’s 26 managed locations across the country. Throughout the phases of the contract, MDI and ITI-Com.Seek will work together to integrate and automate all access control processes for the corporation.
