OTTAWA, Ontario, Canada—Following a rapid growth within the monitoring market, Paladin Technologies has opened a new ULC-certified monitoring station in Ottawa. The new monitoring station received its certification in March 2024.
Paladin Technologies noted that it is committed to the Canadian market and to its client service strategy. With two ULC-certified monitoring stations in Canada, the company has increased its breadth of capabilities across Canada while strengthening its position in the Canadian market.
The 24/7 monitoring stations offer fully redundant monitoring services to enterprise clients. With its ULC certification, Paladin demonstrates that it adheres to mandated ULC monitoring standards, from equipment compliances to responses protocols.
“At Paladin Technologies, we are focused on providing committed service to our clients while leading the marketplace,” said Antony Strube, VP of monitoring at Paladin. “The opening of Paladin’s second ULC-certified monitoring station in Ottawa increases our monitoring capabilities, allowing us to continue upholding the industry’s highest standards as well as expanding our support to current and future clients.”
“We are excited about our monitoring station expansion, which led to the creation of 10 new jobs for new team members hired locally in the Ottawa-Gatineau region,” added Iain Morton, Paladin COO. “Paladin’s new ULC-certified monitoring station is a unique differentiator to supporting clients across Canada. I want to take this time to thank Allison Tuke and her team for managing this project to completion under challenging circumstances.”
Paladin Technologies continues to grow its monitoring accounts across Canada, while maintaining partnerships with UL stations and supporting existing client relationships in the U.S.
