Pro One draws from ADT well again

Pro One has hired another former ADT exec for its sales team. The company announced last week, that Joe Mac McConnell will join the company as VP of commercial and residential sales. He'll report to Bob Dale, SVP commercial and residential sales, who also came from ADT.
While at ADT, McConnell served as vice president of both residential and small business for ADT North America.

“[McConnell] is outstanding at developing and delivering disciplined sales programs that build sales momentum and creating value propositions that meet the needs of the marketplace. We are extremely excited that he will be leading these teams during this point of acceleration at Protection One,” said Bob Dale, SVP commercial and residential sales.
McConnell also expressed his enthusiasm about joining the company: “I've had the opportunity to build several large sales organizations, and I could not be more thrilled to be joining a truly visionary leadership team,” McConnell said.

Amid the hiring, as expected, there have also been some RIFs at Pro One. Right around the ESX show, a group of 30-plus were let go. They included some finance and communications personnel.
