DRAPER, Utah – Cloud access control company ProdataKey (PDK) has begun offering a new, and unique wearable credential that is designed to be comfortable for users with an active lifestyle.
PDK says the stretchable, slip-on/slip-off credential is made from an attractive, comfortable, and durable fabric that’s ideal for schools, gyms, public pools, community centers and more. Rugged and waterproof, they make for an attractive alternative in places where users may not want to carry a phone, wallet, or traditional type of card or fob.
“With the introduction of our unique wristband credentials, PDK’s anytime, anywhere convenience extends to users who crave a seamless, untethered access experience. They can enter secure areas and enjoy their favorite activities phone-free, pocket-free, and lanyard-free. Wearing a wristband is as easy as it gets,” says Brach Bengtzen, PDK's director of marketing.
PDK wristband credentials operate with all 125-kilohertz access control readers, including those manufactured by PDK and by competitors the company said. Measuring at 1 inch wide and available with a 6 ½ inch or 7 ½ inch circumference, the PDK wristband is available in lots of 25.
