The Protection Bureau announces Bill Fisher as assistant central station manager

EXTON, Pa.—Following closely on the announcement of its new central station manager, The Protection Bureau on Feb. 24 announced Bill Fisher was named assistant central station manager in January 2011. Fisher will be reporting to Brian Delphus, newly appointed central station manager.
Fisher started with The Protection Bureau in January 2008 as a central station operator and brought with him 10 years in sales and customer service experience.
In April 2010, he was promoted to central station inside technical coordinator and January received his most recent promotion.
Fisher is Five Diamond-certified and is the subject matter expert for weProtect, the company's managed protection services which include video verification of alarms, interactive video monitoring, virtual guard service, hosted managed access control, interactive managed access control and virtual doorman. He will be responsible for training and monitoring staff for these programs.
Fisher has also just been appointed vice president of the southeastern region of the PBFAA.
