Pye-Barker Fire & Safety acquires California-based Matson Alarm

ATLANTA—Pye-Barker Fire & Safety has announced the acquisition of Fresno, Calif.-based Matson Alarm. The transaction strengthens Pye-Barker's presence in the State of California while bolstering its service offerings in the Central California market.

The announcement comes on the heels of Pye-Barker’s recent acquisitions of Mountain Alarm Fire & Security, headquartered in Ogden, Utah, and Yarnell Security Systems, based in Lancaster, Pa., in December 2021. 

Matson Alarm offers industry-leading customized security services for residential and commercial customers that include internet-enabled control devices, real-time video surveillance, fire alarm systems, GPS fleet tracking and automated building access systems.
