Pye-Barker Fire & Safety acquires Integrated Security Group

ATLANTA – Security company Pye-Barker Fire and Safety has announced another acquisition this week with the addition of Integrated Security Group (ISG). Terms were not disclosed.
It’s the second acquisition this week for Pye-Barker, which also added Briscoe Protective only a day prior and not accounting for Complete Security Systems, which Pye-Barker acquired in early August.
ISG, based in Middletown, Ct., specializes in the design, installation, and servicing of alarm systems including fire alarms, monitoring, CCTV and more with their team of technicians in the northeastern region of the U.S.
