Redwire acquires State Alarm

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Redwire, a provider of integrated security solutions, announced its successful acquisition of the Florida-based accounts of State Alarm.
Founded in Florida in 2005 by Don Shury, State Alarm has a nearly 20-year history in the intrusion, fire detection, video surveillance, and access control businesses. Through the purchase of the majority of their roughly 1,200 accounts, 80% commercial and 20% residential, Redwire said it strengthens its presence in Central and South Florida.

They stated they are committed to ensuring a smooth transition for State Alarm clients.
