LOUISVILLE, Colo.—Safe Systems Inc., a burglar- and fire-alarm company based here, continues on its course of growth by acquiring Colorado Telemetry Systems, based in Golden, Colo., and Sunair Security Services, based in Aurora, Colo., according to an article from the Boulder County Business Report.
Operations from those companies were rolled into the Safe Systems headquarters, including monitoring and billing, and four employees from Colorado Telemetry Systems were brought to work at Safe Systems, according to the report.
Safe Systems now has $420,000 in monthly recurring revenue, up from $350,000 in 2011. Larry Halpern, president of the company, attributes growth to a focus on new technology and the hiring of a seasoned executive team five years ago.
The company opened a new office in Colorado Springs in the past year, according to the report.
