SIA announces 2025 Board of Directors nominations

SILVER SPRING, Md.—The Security Industry Association (SIA) announced that its Nominations Committee has recommended nine individuals to serve as members of the SIA Board of Directors, pursuant to the SIA bylaws.
These nominations will be submitted for ratification at The Advance, SIA’s annual membership gathering during ISC West 2025 in April.
The following three individuals have been nominated for an initial two-year term starting in 2025:
- Min Kyriannis, chief executive officer and co-founder, AMYNA Systems
- Bobby Louissaint, head of technical partnership engagement, global systems services and technology, Meta
- Don Young, executive vice president and chief operating officer, ADT
Additionally, the SIA Nominations Committee has nominated six individuals for a second two-year term:
- Charles Burns, director of commercial facilities, Intelligent Security Systems
- Tom Cook, EVP of sales and operations, North America Hanwha Vision
- Tara Dunning, vice president of global security, Wesco
- Dave Ilardi, SVP & president of the Americas, Allegion
- John Nemerofksy, chief operating officer, SAGE Integration
- Steve Reinharz, founder and chief executive officer, RAD
The Advance 2025 will be held on Tuesday, April 1, from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at The Venetian Expo in Las Vegas in Sands room 401-402. Registration for The Advance is free and includes lunch following the meeting. SIA members can register here.
In response to its formal Call for Nominations issued to SIA members last fall, the Nominations Committee received a significant number of impressive applications for consideration, and the committee carefully reviewed each application. SIA members who are unable to attend The Advance or who wish to vote on the Board of Directors nominees before the event can use the proxy voting form to submit their votes.
