Speco Technologies adds 9 people to support extraordinary growth

Regional Sales Managers

TJ Dally

TJ Dally brings many years of successful sales experience, previously working for the largest video surveillance manufacturer based in China. TJ will be responsible for supporting our expanding regional sales efforts with a focus on key accounts throughout the Southwest. TJ is based in Dallas Texas and will report to the Senior Director, Sales.

Julian Cardona

Julian Cardona brings many years of successful sales experience to the Speco Team; previously working in both the video manufacturing industry as well as the security distribution field. Julian will be responsible for supporting our expanding sales efforts throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. Julian is based in the Charleston, SC area and will report to the Senior Director, Sales.

Jim Matheson

Jim Matheson brings many years of successful sales experience to the Speco Team; previously working for the largest video surveillance manufacturer based in China. Jim will be responsible for supporting our expanding sales efforts throughout the Southern California area. Jim is based in San Diego and will report to the Senior Director, Sales.

Larry Druien

Larry Druien has over 30 years of security industry knowledge and has a wealth of customer insight to help us continue to grow. With his extensive background in customer focused sales and support, we know that Larry will be a great addition to the growing Speco Team. Larry is responsible for supporting our expanding regional sales efforts in Georgia, Tennessee, and Alabama. Larry is based in Georgia and will report to the Senior Director, Sales.

David Miller

David Miller brings a wealth of security industry knowledge to the Speco team and is responsible for supporting our expanding regional sales efforts with an emphasis on our key accounts throughout the Midwest. David previously worked for the largest video surveillance manufacturer based in China. David is based in Illinois and will report to the Senior Director, Sales.

Product Management

Derek Cleveland

Derek Cleveland brings many years of product marketing experience most recently working at ADI Global Distribution and will be an integral part of Speco’s continued growth. Derek will be responsible for managing Speco’s innovative browser-managed access control line. Derek is based out of the corporate headquarters and will report to the Director of Product Management. 

Technical Support

Drew Helford

Drew Helford is the latest addition to the technical support team. Drew recently graduated from Farmingdale State College with a degree in security systems. Drew specializes in networking and surveillance systems. He will be responsible for giving excellent quality technical support, will work closely with the other members in his department and report to the Technical Support Manager.

Marielle Lafond

Another addition to the Speco Tech support team is Marielle Lafond. Marielle recently graduated from Farmingdale State College with a degree in Security Systems. Marielle also specializes in networking and security systems. She will be responsible for giving excellent quality technical support and will report to the Technical Support Manager.

Customer Service

Ryan Agostino

Ryan Agostino comes to Speco with 8 years of customer service experience and is always eager to please his customers by providing solutions and timely responses. Ryan is focused on complete customer satisfaction. He will report to the Customer Service Manager.
