SANTA CLARA, Calif. — Stellar Cyber is appointing David McKeough as chief revenue officer (CRO), adding his more than two decades of leadership in cybersecurity and enterprise growth to the company.
Stellar Cyber describes McKeough as a seasoned cybersecurity executive with over 22 years of experience leading high-performing teams and driving growth across U.S. Federal, SLED, and global markets. He has managed organizations ranging from $21M to $350M in revenue, delivering consistent results by aligning customer needs, partner ecosystems, and product innovation.
“I couldn’t be more excited to join Stellar Cyber at this critical inflection point,” said McKeough. “The company’s platform, proven AI foundation, and strong MSSP presence are exactly what the market needs. Throughout his career, McKeough has held senior leadership roles at McAfee, Digital Guardian, CrowdStrike, and Secure Code Warrior. As CRO, McKeough will focus on accelerating Stellar Cyber’s go-to-market strategy, driving global partner expansion and expanding leadership in the MSSP/MDR space.
“David’s track record speaks for itself - he knows how to scale our team, energize partners and customers, and deliver strong growth,” said Changming Liu, Stellar Cyber CEO. “We’re thrilled to welcome him to Stellar Cyber as we accelerate our journey to become the de facto choice for MSSPs, MDRs, and enterprise SecOps teams worldwide.”
