Tri-Ed stuffs backpacks with school supplies for 450 Mission 500 children

WOODBURY, N.Y.—Employees of Tri-Ed and its parent company, Anixter, filled 450 backpacks with notebooks, folders, rulers, pencils and other items for childhood education for Mission 500.
Tri-Ed, a distributor of IP video, CCTV, access control, fire, intrusion and other security products, held the teambuilding event at its recent annual sales meeting in Florida.
The non-profit Mission 500 serves children and communities in crisis and has the support of many companies and groups in the security industry. The backpacks will be distributed through World Vision.
Mission 500 will hold its annual Security 5K/2K during ISC West on April 16. Security Systems News founded and sponsors this event.
