Vince DiValerio retires after 48-year career with Vector Security

PITTSBURGH—Security solutions provider Vector Security has announced the retirement of longtime employee Vince DiValerio, effective April 30, after 48 years with the company.

DiValerio joined Vector Security in June 1976 and held various positions in the company including roles in sales, branch management, district management and, for the last 24 years, as the vice president of acquisitions.

In his acquisition role, DiValerio was responsible for overseeing the company’s acquisition growth strategy, including the most recent acquisition of ADS Security in 2019.

The company noted that DiValerio is well-respected in the security industry and “has been a catalyst for our continued growth over the years. His work has laid the foundation for our future acquisition growth strategies.”

Ryan Dreliszak will assume lead responsibilities for all company mergers and acquisitions, effective May 1, 2024. Dreliszak has been working closely with DiValerio over the last year, and he has started to assess Vector’s next steps as the company begins to look at future acquisition opportunities.
