Washington Alarm Earns Five-Diamond Certification

SEATTLE--Washington Alarm, a full-service alarm company in the Pacific Northwest, was awarded Five Diamond Certification by the Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA). To achieve Five Diamond Certification, every Washington Alarm operator had to pass the Level 1 training course and had to demonstrate proficiency in alarm verification, communications with the Public Service Answering Points (such as Emergency 911 service), emergency preparedness, knowledge of electronic communications equipment including radio, and an understanding of the codes and standards of Underwriters Laboratories, Factory Mutual, and the National Fire Protection Association, among others.
