SOUTHFIELD, Mich.—Guardian Alarm, a super-regional based here, has strengthened its Ohio presence by acquiring ADS Security Systems, of Concord, Ohio, according to Guardian President David Goldstein. “It's an acquisition we were extremely excited to get,” Goldstein told Security Systems News.
